IT-Consultancy (Ludwigsburg) | 06/2025 – 08/2025

In this project, I worked as Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Developer, overseeing both strategic planning and technical execution to ensure smooth project delivery.

My responsibilities included integration testing and feasibility analysis of existing interfaces and systems, defining process requirements, developing and implementing the automation solution, and coordinating all stakeholders.

Technologies used included Automation Anywhere, REST API, VBScript, Python, and SharePoint Integration to build a reliable and efficient automation framework.

Scaling the core RPA service across the whole corporation

Automotive OEM (Stuttgart) | 07/2020 – 05/2025

In this project, I acted as Lead Developer, Architect, and Project Leader, guiding the overall technical vision and project execution. I served as a trusted advisor to the customer for both the platform and all development-related activities.

My responsibilities included the technical standardization, modularization, and scaling of the RPA service across the organization. I implemented over 20 automation solutions spanning various departments and was also responsible for planning and leading workshops and internal knowledge-sharing communities.

The solution leveraged technologies such as Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, REST API, VBScript, Python, and OCR to build scalable and efficient automation workflows.

Development and Operations in Automation Project

High-Tech Engineering Company (Stuttgart) | 04/2024 – 04/2025

In this project, I worked as Project Leader and Solution Architect, overseeing both the technical architecture and day-to-day operations. I led and coordinated an international project team while serving as a technical advisor for complex challenges throughout the development and operations phases.

Key responsibilities included stakeholder communication, sourcing and onboarding new near-shore team members, and ensuring smooth collaboration across all parties involved.

The project was built on technologies such as UiPath, REST API, and Azure/Entra ID Integration, enabling a secure and scalable automation environment.

Implementation of automation solutions in HR IT

Tier-1 Automotive Supplier (Friedrichshafen) | 06/2023 – 10/2024

In this project, I acted as Lead Developer and Project Manager, responsible for specifying process requirements and designing automation solutions tailored to business needs.

I implemented multiple automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows, and took over operational support for the deployed solutions.

The project made use of Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop) as well as SAP BTP for seamless system integration and reliable performance.

Support for scaling RPA service in the Shared Service Center

Commercial Vehicle Manufacturer OEM (Munich) | 10/2023 – 04/2025

In this project, I served as Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Lead Developer, with a strong focus on project leadership. I managed a cross-functional team of business analysts and developers, ensuring structured planning, clear communication, and efficient delivery.

My responsibilities included introducing new development and logging standards to enhance the transparency and resilience of automation solutions. I also planned and conducted business analysis workshops and oversaw the technical quality gate to ensure solution robustness.

Technologies used included Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and SQL, providing a solid foundation for scalable and reliable automation.

Rollout of the central RPA service across the whole corporation

Automotive Subsidiaries OEM (CA, DE, IT, TW, US) | 01/2023 – 10/2024

In this project, I acted as Project Leader, Lead Developer, and Business Analyst, with a particular focus on scaling the RPA service internationally across the organization. I managed and coordinated a distributed project team, ensuring alignment across countries and departments.

My responsibilities included specifying process requirements, developing solution designs, and implementing over 10 automation solutions across various business areas. This contributed significantly to the standardization and efficiency of operations at scale.

The project relied on technologies such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, REST API, VBScript, and Python to deliver robust and scalable automation solutions.

Tendering and implementation of a process mining platform in the public sector

Transmission System Operator (Stuttgart) | 05/2021 – 12/2021

In this project, I supported technical project management and acted as a technical advisor throughout the selection and rollout of a process mining solution. My role included preparing tender documents, defining technical requirements, and analyzing bidder feedback.

I conducted technical evaluations of various process mining tools and supported the project with advanced risk assessments and tracking. Additionally, I was involved in piloting and rolling out the selected software.

The project utilized technologies such as Celonis, UiPath, and GBTEC to enable data-driven process optimization and automation.
